Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time's full trailer sneaks out ahead of release

Atlus has released a brand new trailer for Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time just ahead of its North American release next Tuesday.

Growlanser will be available on 7/31 both in stores and via digital download on PSN. Atlus is still working on PS Vita compatibility, but we'll be sure to update you if anything changes.

A website has gone live for the upcoming PSP SRPG from Atlus, Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time. It is the fourth entry in the well-received Growlanser series, originally releasing on the PS2 in Japan back in 2003. The site has some nice tidbits pertaining to the gameplay and story.

Atlus has provided some new Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time screens along with the final release date for the game.

Set to launch on July 31st both at retail and digital via PSN, the fourth chapter in the series finally completes its journey westward after years of fan demand.

As perhaps the "one Growlanser title that got away" from ever being released in North America, Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time (otherwise known as Growlanser IV in Japan) will finally be making its westward debut.

This entry in the Growlanser series tells a story of a land long ago nearly obliterated by evanescent divine entities. Two millennia later, the mysterious entities appear again, threatening to bring about an end to all things unless a fabled warrior of destiny can rise against them.
